Being Sensually Connected means being connected to your power, your body, and your vitality. It is a journey of reclaiming yourself and remembering who you truly are.

Sensually Connected is a space for women to reconnect with their authentic essence, awaken their confidence, and step into their fullest expression. Through movement, sensuality, coaching, BPE, and other transformative practices, you'll be supported in reclaiming your power and creating a deeper connection with yourself.

1:1 coaching sessions

What if it was all within? What if there’s nothing you had to get, do to get there, instead it was something that you can allow yourself to experience in your own body. What if your own body is your way home to yourself, your own body is your reclamation.

In 1:1 coaching sessions you will be guided back to yourself, through the tool of your body and through the tool of sensuality. You will gain a connection back to not only yourself, but your power as well. Becoming alive in your body, in your vitality and remembering how good life can be.

Big Pussy Energy (BPE) is an international movement where women come together to reclaim their sensuality through sisterhood, booty shakin', and unapologetic self-expression.

At its core, BPE uses sensual movement as a tool for empowerment. It reminds women that their power has never existed outside of them: it has always been within. BPE is more than movement; it's a healing experience. A space to come home to yourself, reclaim your vitality, and embody the sensual, powerful woman you truly are.

  • At the beginning we set an intention. Mine was to dance free with my heart, not with my head. No overthinking, no technique, no performance, just pure movement. The first part was my favorite. It gave me so much unconditional love for myself, and that energy carried me into the second part and helped me really live my intention. In the second part we learned some moves, danced freely, and while one of us danced, the others cheered. That moment felt so empowering, so supportive, and so full of love. I left with new energy, softness, and joy. A truly special experience I can only recommend! 👌

  • Super fijne workshop. Sophie wist een veilige sfeer te creëren waarin er ruimte was om helemaal jezelf te zijn. Daarnaast ontstond er ook een fijne, supportive sfeer tussen de vrouwen onderling. Ik vond dat ze zelf heel erg belichaamde waar ze voor staat: kracht door sensualiteit en verbinding met jezelf. Juist daardoor voelde het heel fijn om haar als begeleider te hebben.

  • Supertoffe lessen! Was begonnen als een uitdaging om uit mijn comfortzone te komen en nu ben ik niet meer weg te slaan haha. Leuke sfeer lekker dansen en ontspanning.

  • Private BPE classes: Do you want to experience BPE in a safe space and have a personalized BPE class? A private 90 minute BPE class costs €150.

  • BPE is also available for private workshops! This might be a bachorelette party, birthday or fun girls’ day. Assemble your friends and start celebrating yourselves! Pricing starts at €200 for 6 women, €20 extra for each women above that.
